Below is our grading scale, ranging from A+ (Excellent) to D (Poor), to help you make an informed decision:
A+ - Excellent
- Near mint condition with minimal signs of use.- Fully functional with no performance issues.
- Lens is clean and scratch-free.
- Body has almost no visible wear.
A - Very Good
- Light cosmetic wear, such as small blemishes or scuffs.- Fully functional with no major defects.
- Lens is clear, with no significant scratches or haze.
- Viewfinder and electronics work as intended.
B - Good
- Noticeable cosmetic wear, including scratches, small dents, or paint loss.- Fully functional, but may have minor quirks (e.g., a slightly stiff button).
- Lens may have small dust particles but does not affect image quality.
C - Fair
- Heavy cosmetic wear, including larger scratches, dents, or fading.- Some functional issues, such as a slow shutter, weak flash, or stiff zoom.
- Lens may have light haze, dust, or minor fungus, affecting images slightly.
- Still usable but may need light servicing.
D - Poor
- Significant wear and damage, including cracks, deep scratches, or missing parts. - Major functional issues, such as a non-working shutter, broken flash, or jammed zoom.
- Lens may have heavy fungus, haze, or deep scratches, affecting image quality.
- Best used for parts or restoration.
